Mandy Nelson through
Work It, Mom!, and have been dying to write a profile about her from the moment we met. She's the voice you hear when you call places like Travelocity, Sony, and other companies; if you ever forget to return a video and get an automated call from a certain big-name video store, that's her voice on the line. She's also hilarious, incredibly talented, and adept at juggling career and parenthood. This feature appeared in the

Ever use your voice to fool your friends or confuse a telemarketer?
