Todays Boston Globe's Food section has a fantastic piece by Louisa Kasdon about a newly diagnosed foodie who finds she needs to revamp her entire diet when she's diagnosed with possible Celiac Disease. I was able to put our family's experience with the Gluten-Free Casein-Free (GFCF) diet, wheat allergies, and gluten intolerance to good use helping out with this list of "safe" restaurants and easy-to-find gluten-free foods.
As always, read labels carefully, and ask plenty of questions; ingredients can change, cross-contamination can be an issue, and you never know where gluten may be hidden.

My son's doctor mentioned celiac disease as a possibility today. I may have to look into these articles for advice.
